Subject: PFAS Regulatory Compliance Statement 

 1. General Position Primal23 Industrial LLC is committed to transparency. We recognize the importance of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and REACH/RoHS requirements regarding Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS). To maintain operational efficiency, Primal23 Industrial LLC does not register for individual vendor portals. This document serves as our official certification.

2. Material Disclosure Based on technical data sheets from our raw material suppliers in the USA and Vietnam, the following applies to our product lines: PFAS-FREE: Products manufactured from Neoprene, EPDM, SBR, Silicone, Nylon, Aluminum, Nylon, Copper, and Stainless Steel do not contain intentionally added PFAS chemicals. PFAS-CONTAINING: Our Extreme Series (Fluorosilicone) products contain fluorine-based polymers. These are utilized for their specific resistance to fuels and extreme temperatures and fall under current PFAS reporting definitions.

3. Manufacturing Process Our equipment does not introduce any PFAS processing aids during the conversion of raw sheets into any finished products, gaskets or washers.

4. Certification Primal23 Industrial LLC certifies that, to the best of our knowledge, our non-fluorinated rubber products are compliant with current PFAS restrictive legislation.
