Please note:  We have live human beings working behind the scenes and always standing by to address your issues or concerns.  You are welcome to call us anytime!  Our preference however, due to the often times complex and detailed nature of our products, is to use email in order to have a document that we are both able to confirm quantities, dimensions and the like.  This helps to assure accuracy for you and for us.

Economy Flat Rate Shipping Policy - $2.85 per order regardless of the order size or weight. Applies to 50 US States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.  Includes Tracking and a Shipping Confirmation Email.

Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Policy - $9.49 per order regardless of order size or weight.  Applies to 50 US States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.  Although all of our orders are treated with the utmost respect and diligent attention, it is necessary to prioritize.  Our Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Policy assures that your order receives our White Glove Priority attention.  It moves your order up the shipping queue and is shipped Priority versus our Economy Flat Rate Shipping which is the shipping option of our choice and often consists of USPS First Class. 

Overnight and 2 Day UPS Orders - Overnight and 2 Day UPS Orders must be submitted by 10:30 AM Mountain Standard Time and are shipped via United Parcel Service Standard Overnight or 2 Day Air depending on your selection. Orders submitted on Friday before 10:30 AM will be shipped on Friday, however UPS may or may not transport on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturdays and Sundays are usually excluded from 2 Day and Overnight shipments by UPS. For example; if you submit 2 Day Air order at Primal23Industrial.com at 10:20 AM on a Friday, we will pack and ship your order, UPS will pick up your order, but because UPS will exclude Saturday and Sunday transport, your order will be scheduled for delivery by UPS on Tuesday, not Sunday. An Overnight order submitted at the same time would be scheduled for Monday.

International Shipping - We ship worldwide.  Global orders outside of Canada will be shipped via UPS Ground (Global).  If you find our system isn't allowing your country at checkout, please contact us and we will get it worked out as soon as possible. Some restrictions apply. 

Customs and Duty - Customers are responsible for all duties and customs clearance.  Depending on the shipment destination country, you may or may not be charged a duty upon entry into your country.  This is solely your responsibility.  We are not responsible for delays in processing through Customs and Clearances out of the United States or into any other country.  We can and do expedite and ship small orders Overnight Internationally.  Fees will apply and you will have to contact [email protected] or call us.  We can get it done, but patience is required. 

Orders - Primal23 Industrial guarantees that all orders for our in stock items will process and ship within 3 business days. Although most orders will ship the same day or the following morning. The exception to this rule being orders that come in late on Fridays may not ship until Monday morning. Although during high volume periods we ship on Saturdays. But this is not guaranteed. Our Flat Rate Shipping Policies are in effect for all 50 US States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Our Flat Rate Shipping Policies do not apply to International Orders.  For International Shipping Primal23 Industrial uses discounted actual Standard Commercial International shipping rates to calculate the shipping cost for all orders.  Customers are responsible for all duties, tax and customs clearances.
