These are 60 Durometer Shore A hardness. These are mildly flexible and will squish under heavy load.

Could you tell if neoprene 70 rubber is a hard rubber? What I'm looking for is a rubber that is hard material ,because I want to use it as a spacer between a car body & frame.

A:
70 Durometer Shore A rubber is a fairly hard rubber. Like a car tire perhaps. These washers and 60 Durometer Shore A, so these are slightly softer than a car tire.
